What if I need to modify my order?

Please simply request an order cancellation from us within 24 hours if you need to revise order information such, quantity, part number, mailing address or shipping service.

Place another order with us and we’ll make sure to issue refund for the original order that contains incorrect information.

Why I'm not seeing the item price?

All of our product price open to registered users only, which means you’re suggested to register an account with us before you can place an order.

Can I get next day delivery?

Sure thing! We use UPS and USPS primarily for all packages. You will be able to choose the shipping option during checkout session. Additional charge may reflect on your payment total.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

The best way to avoid your order being processed with incorrect mailing info is to request an order cancellation from your order dashboard. That’ll notify us not to process it.

At the same time, please place another order with all confirmed detail, we’ll make sure not to process duplicated orders.

Why I never receive my package?

Shipping carriers like USPS and UPS does lose or misdeliver packages at a very small percentage. And don’t worry, simply contact us to request a replacement package.

Why my payment shows pending?

When a payment shows pending, mostly it’s held by the bank. This does happen from time to time, pending status means your banking provider is reviewing the transaction and maybe require further authorization from card holder to release the payment to merchant. Ex. you reached credit limit, or the payment amount is significantly large.

Does MOREsensor store my card information?

No. When you submit a payment, the card information will be transferedr to an third party online security bureau for authentication review electronically, and make sure your personal and banking detail is protected. MOREsensor.com can only access the last 4 digit of your card for verification purpose only.

What's the return window?

60 days based on your order date.

Is there any restocking fee when returning goods?

No restocking fee at all for unused and non-damaged product.

How long till I receive the refund?

Typically it takes about 2-3 business days for us to inspect the return items to further issue refund.
